Aaruké is a luxury Demi-fine symbolic jewellery brand. References to “our products” or “jewellery” refer to items sold under the Aaruké brand, including but not limited to pieces from our spirit animal collections.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You further confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate and current.

We make every effort to display our Demi-fine jewellery, including colours, finishes, and materials, as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays and the handcrafted nature of some pieces, slight variations between the product shown and the product received may occur.

Product descriptions include material composition and plated finishes where applicable. Please review these carefully before purchase, as Demi-fine jewellery composition affects care requirements and durability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed on the Site are in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods available on the Site. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order, whether or not it has been confirmed, and to issue a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorised transactions. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance.

Shipping timelines and charges will be communicated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the product ordered. Aaruké is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate; we are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as store credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions.

Aaruké jewellery is crafted as Demi-fine Jewellery using premium materials and plating processes. Normal wear, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or perfumes may affect finishes over time.

We offer an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.

Care instructions provided with your purchase should be followed to preserve the quality of your piece.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Aaruké name, logo, product designs, spirit animal naming system, imagery, and website content, is the exclusive property of Aaruké and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written consent.

By using the Site, you agree not to:
